City Government

Moulton is a Type A General Law municipality operating under the aldermanic plan of government. This form of government operates in accordance with statues applicable to Type A general law municipalities. The governing body of a municipality operating as a Type A general law municipality is known as the "city council" which consists of a mayor and five council members.
